I remember this when I was younger, but Nickelodeon does a Kids pick the President every 4 years.  They have been correct the last 4 times out (Bush, Clinton, Clinton, and Bush (yeah I know he lost the popular but he still stole the election and is President)).  This time 400,000 voted.  The results as the headlines mention are that Kerry won.  The biggest surprise to me is the margin of victory...57-43%.  Now some would say, That's nice but they can't vote...Who cares?  Well remember, you kids often pick up habits from Parents.  Although the kids don't always vote their parents way, a lot do (I did in 88).  I am also encouraged that this many younger voters got involved and voted against Bush.  In 8-10 years when these kids can vote, we may gather a whole new generation of Progressives.
