Impeach Alberto Gonzales

Today Jeff Merkley, a Democratic candidate for Senate running against Gordon Smith, called for the impeachment of Alberto Gonzales.

Gordon Smith has walked lock-step with President Bush on every major issue, from the Iraq War to the Patriot Act to privatization of Social Security.

We need to send Jeff Merkley a message: We Support You.  We need more Democratic candidates who aren't afraid to call for impeachment.  Merkley and all the other Democrats on my ActBlue page are running to replace the corrupt, wicked, incompetent, or some mixture of all three.

I feel like a pimp doing these diaries, but I think I'm going to shift away from the presidential stuff and focus on Congressional and local races for the remainder of the primary season.

Jeff Merkley needs support now to show he's viable.  I just walked the walk by giving $5.00 to his campaign.  Will you join me?

Merkley is getting a lot of support.  The current governor, the former governor, the establishment has his back... He's going to be fine.  

We just got a candidate in Delaware for the US House seat... I haven't looked into the guys profile to see how viable of a candidate he is, but having a candidate is a start!  Delaware is interesting, because Castle outspends his opponents 4-1 and barely pulls through.
