CBS cancelled the debate and rescheduled, as 19 APR is a holiday.  And Obama, it seems, wanted the debate to occur before PA will vote on 22 APR.  Because Clinton desires a debate for NC voters, she agreed to the new date of 27 APR.  Obama has not, for he thought he could exploit a debate in NC for his campaign's purposes in PA.  Clinton is committed to NC, not Obama.  

Does anyone remember NH?
