You're a goof, and your account of this speech shows how clearly wingnutty you are.  Your "evidence" that this mysterious "super flip off" occurred is the fact that the random guy in the orange shirt (who is to the left of the W in "We") and the woman in the dress (who is to the left of the A in "Can") aren't in both shots.  How about you use an ounce of critical thinking here and look at the huge banner behind the audience in both of the images you provide as proof.  The first angle you provide only shows the left side of the banner, and the second angle only shows the right.  Your argument that we should be seeing the same people in both shots is so ridiculous that it's actually humorous.  I truly would love to get inside your head for a few minutes to see how this conspiracy theory possible makes sense to you.

This SINGLE speech occurred in Raleigh, NC and Obama was clearly scratching his cheek.  Anyone who says otherwise after seeing the multiple angles is either so blinded with their hatred of Barack that they simply ignore evidence that contradicts their beliefs, or they need to get their eyes checked.
