Interesting Election Night Weirdness

Tom Knapp worked with the Badnarik campaign.  He wrote this post after it became apparent that something was going very wrong with the counts on election night.

I'm not sure if he's on to anything or not, but Tom is the antithesis of a tinfoil kook, so I'm sure he's offering this analysis in good faith.

I'd be interested in hearing any comments about the plausibility of his theory.
