Death is an unavoidable eventuality. All we do throughout our life is write our obituary….think about it. This written remembrance is all we are after we’re dead.

It appears Supreme Court Judges Samuel Alito and John Roberts want to be remembered as the Judges who hate hard-working Americans and the U.S. Constitution so much that they gleefully destroyed our Founding Father’s vision of our great new nation when these Judges cast their votes removing the “cap” on corporate and union contributions to political candidates (which had been in place for 60 years). As written in the Constitution, “We the PEOPLE “elect our leaders, NOT U.S. CORPORATIONS elect our leaders!

Oh well, what can be expected when the worst President in the modern U.S. history chose this disgraceful pair. The misery of the George W. Bush Administration and the filthy President Dick Cheney CONTINUES to wreak havoc on our great nation even after their gone!

No more voting for me, it is now a waste of gas to drive to the polling stations. Mr. Alito and Mr. Roberts, I hope you both rot-in-hell for what you have done to my country.

Ok, seriously. Apart from the serious spelling error in the title - the message of the diarist comes through.

Marcus Aurelius once wrote that great challenges or catastrophe do not diminish us , instead, we should consider ourselves the stronger for having faced them.

 

This is one of those times. What you are really seeing here is a concerted effort on behalf of the lobbyists to try to take over government. They are very afraid.

 

They were afraid of healthcare reform. They are afraid of insurgent candidates like Scott Brown. They are afraid they can no longer buy elections.

Television advertising is no longer effective. Massive amounts of money spent - if they are spent in an attempt to influence the electorate - through the blogosphere - will amount to ignored junk email , if that -

 

It simply doesn't cost as much anymore to be a good candidate.  Now. What you need to do right now is this:

Keep your eye on the ball. Obama is reacting to what he thinks is the will of the people, trying to tilt towards the policies you hate. Let him know that.  And get. healthcare. reform. done.

No half measure. Do it all the way.

They will forever regret their treason

We have not yet begun to fight, and when we're through with them, Roberts, Scalia, and Alito will have wished they had never set foot in the Supreme Court chambers.

History will remember them as synonymous with "folly" and "self-destructive over-reach."
