Bill Clinton made a really bone-headed comment. Simple as that.
And as for this wild-eyed theory of yours, remember which network interviewed Bill Clinton to get that answer from him --- ABC News. George Stephanopoulos, an ex-Clintonite had Barack on this morning and asked him about Bill's comment. You really think George and ABC News didn't do their research before George's his condemnation of Bill? If anything, Stephanopoulos won't stand for his former boss to get attacked like this.
Another thing -- Why is the Clinton campaign, masters at spin and damage control, so silent? Must be the truth to large to spin this time around.
The truth can be silencing sometimes. And this is a prime, caught red-handed, dog-whistling remark from the former 'first black president', Bubba Clinton. A shameless, disgusting comment from someone most of us used to respect. How times have changed.
If there's one person who I've lost the most respect for in this presidential primary process, it is Bill Clinton. Hands-down. A so-called progressive leader who supports voter disenfranchisement no longer speaks for me.
Obama specifically sites the TIMES which set in motion the presidencies of Reagan and JFK. Of course, the JFK part is conspicuously missing from this diary.
Anyone who wants to watch the full interview, check it out here. It's a good interview and this is why I like Barack.

oh no. another pitiful hack attack from the usual suspects who don't have anything pro for their candidate. I don't even want to go there tonight. I'm too tired.
By all accounts, Mark Penn is raking in the highest fees for his consulting for Hillary Clinton. So lets say Penn has a cumulative fee around $3M, and Edwards consultants charge about $2M. And what if Obama's AKP group has a ceiling consulting fee of $2.2M?
You see where this is getting? The gravy train depends on what is charged in the final run, and not the means by which the charge is made. What should end is the exorbitant fees of some of the Democratic consultants like Shrum who produce failed campaigns.

Some Clinton supporters are heading into Michelle Malkin territory. They're becoming truly unhinged.

Other groups had seven months to challenge the DNC and the NV Democratic party's rules. Not a peep was uttered then. Why the sudden complaining now?
Put two and two together.

bye bye Bill.

It's doesn't have to be anti and slime all the time. gosh.

Wonderful news. Sen. Conrad for VP!

As much as I strongly support Obama, I thought the DMR would go for a candidate like Biden who is respected especially on foreign policy.
Biden deserved this one.
Congrats to Hillary Clinton. As an Obama supporter, the fight goes on for my candidate. Lets see who wins on Jan 3 2008.
Yeah, but Yepsen helps drive political thought in their newsroom. If anything, Biden is a top prospect tonight to get the DMR's endorsement.
Excellent diary. Anything to do with transparency in government deserves high praise.
