I have no control whatsoever over the reccomend list. I just put up diaries like anyone else. I try to rate everyone good that takes the time to read and reply to my posts without insulting me. Is that abuse??
I will fight with every fibre of my being to kill this. This is NOT the best deal we can get and it does nothing for the millions that are hurting from the crises. It only enriches those that have caused the crisis to begin with. and is tatamount to Romneycare which is in essence more Corporate Welfare. This is not what we fought for.
I still remember a quote from the primary, "We simply cannot replace Corporate Republicans with Corporate Democrats and expect any real change in this country". Prophecy fulfilled and I for one am not buying it.
This bill is doing something I never thought possible. Driving me out of the Democratic Party. I will just stay at home and keep my hard-earned money for my family. Unless a real Progressive Party is formed if the Democrats join hands with Republicans in a disgusting circle-jerk to screw us all on Healthcare I will not vote for any Democrat or Republican in any election again. If they defeat real healthcare reforms after sinking EFCA they have lost me.
The two main things needed for Progressive change were healthcare and EFCA and if Democrats cannot fight for either, they are not the party I identified myself with anymore. I would love to see the members of the CPC, the CBC and folks like Dennis Kucinich start a real Progressive Party. I would be on board immediately.
I don't take my marching orders from anybody and even if I got that memo I would have thrown it in the trash. I refuse to sell more Corporate welfare and nobody owns hillbillyreport.
And yes, if we are Progressive we MUST oppose this.

McConnell is one hell of a Senator for Communist China. Wish he would move there!!
Obama would have been on that list if he would have fought for and enacted single-payer. Otherwise, no.
Great diary!! Most excellent news!!
Indeed it is. Things have just gotten so much better on both fronts!! LOL!!
Best wishes!!
LOL!!
Great reply!!
I am a Christian but cannot seem to find a church here that is not run by far-right zealots. Oh well, I can still read my bible.
OK, no problem.

Geez, I hate to agree with anyone like that about anything. Of course I disagree for completely different reasons. He doesn't want any change at all.
Hey, but I actually agreed with Bunning for the first time on the Banking bailout!! Anything can happen I guess.
Sorry, I did throw this together quickly.
Bad: The public option appears to be axed
Bad: Employers are being given a free ride yet again.
Bad: The Chamber of Commerce is all behind the Senate bill.
Bad: Mandates may be force without a public option for those who can't afford it.
Bad: Those who have taken millions from the industries who profit are writing the bill.
I just hope the CPC and CBC rebel and vote against this and we just start all over.
Great diary!! I had my feel of bi-partisanship as soon as it started.
