OH-02: Republican Calls Schmidt a "Lying *****"

Jean Schmidt is not a popular lady, not even within her own party. Talking Points Memo is reporting a quote made by former Republican State Rep. Tom Brinkman which is not very kind.

"You can quote me anywhere you like. Jean Schmidt is a lying b----," said Brinkman, who lost his primary challenge to her this year by a 58%-40% margin, in an interview with Election Central. "She would sell her mother to promote herself. She is a despicable person. She will go any length possible to win, to get what she wants."

Sour grapes, of course. But you have to admit that when it's between Republicans, they sound so very sweet.

Who in the world is voting FOR her?

Her district must be composed of some really messed up Republicans to keep voting her back in office.

Then again, it is Cincinnati.  

I hope the Dems can win that district.

Anyone know who is the Democrat running against her this fall?

As soon as I max out for Obama, gonna need to spend that money effectively.

I don't think the DCCC is targeting that race, though.

The DCCC is placing paid staff in that race. I'm not sure about TV, though.

Is the on ACT BLUE or any of the netroots list?

The blogosphere heats Mean Jean, she should be able to leverage onto on of those lists.

Dary Burner our here got lots of action from that list in 2004.

If you can stand to support a blue dog Dem then Childers and Musgrove in MS can use some help. They aren't left-of-center by any means, but they are far left of their opponents and are Dems.

Because a lot of computers, especially in the workplace, have filters. If I wrote "bitch" in the title, people may not be able to read it.

Wonder which Schmidt lie he is referring to?
Could it be the one in which she claimed to have two college degrees, but records at the University of Cincinnati show she has just one?

Or is it an internal Republican problem?

Tom Brinkman, even more conservative than Mean Jean, is famous locally for decapitating Jean figuratively, by slicing through her photographed neck on a cake  decorated to celebrate (by his cronies) Jean Schmidt's Marie Antoinette Let'em Eat Cake Award, in 2006
