The campaign is highly encouraging early voting in NC. If there is a problem with your registration you can re-register on the spot.

No problem.
Several NC counties have specifically said that wearing campaign paraphernalia while voting is allowed.  We received an email from the Obama campaign to the same effect.

I still think the state board of elections needs to clarify the issue statewide in order to dispel the rumors.
