It's a one liner but if there's one thing tonight that's almost as enjoyable as celebrating Clinton's win it's observing how establishment conservatives are reacting to McCain's win. O boy there are some unhappy campers over at NRO. They loathe this guy. I wonder whether they can get over it by November. Hope not.

if mccain wins, as it seems likely right now, i think social cons are going to exert political pressure to force someone more to their liking on as mccain's vp.
Well, if the far right hates McCain, and the far left hates Hillary, maybe they can join together and run a Gravel/Cheney ticket or something.
I would like to say that this just proves that the far left is as loony as the far right. Does being able to look around at my fellow lefties and see that force me out of the pack even thought DK is the person who I agree with on more issues than any one else?
Wasn't there some talk if both leading candidates for president support abortion, they'll throw a REALLY conservative guy out there for a third party run...i don't know mccains full stand on abortion, anyone else do?
I've been to several conservative blogs, and people are not at all happy. Many are saying they will sit out the election, a few even said they would vote for Hillary or Obama because according to them, if the country is destroyed, they'd rather a Dem be responsible for that than a Repub.
