I don't agree with your Cheney's sand box (there is no evidence to that effect) remark, but I do think that Tom Daschle was one of the primary architects of the greatest debacles for the Democratic party since, well, the blue dress, namely, the Iraq War Resolution.
Their efforts in helping Bush wage the war (by working with the WH on crafting, drafting, and promotong the IWR) have put the party in one of worst positions possible dilemmas one can imagine.
Hypothetically, if most of the democrats opposed the IWR, they could've hammered Bush and GOP on it so hard, and in chorus, that we probably would've had Dean or Kerry in the whitehouse as we speak. Since Joementum and Zell Miller would've apparently voted for it under anyways, the vote would've been a 50-50 tie, which Dick Cheney would've broken in favor, and hence the war would've materialized anyway.
But instead we have the 27 Democrats that voted doing a Kerry Tango all over town, knowing fully well that they f*cked up, yet can't admit that openly and face a possible political wrath.
Daschle seems to be helping other democrats with his PAC. His efforts on that front will not go unnoticed, and would deserve to be appreciated if significant, but his major role in the IWR is essentially an albatross around his neck, possibly for ever.
Most of the that "bantering" was a result of your laissez-faire attacks on Gore. If you shut up, I would too, other than a once a while promotion of Gore. See my comment on my much broader partitipation here at myDD than you people (yourself and another poster) are claiming.
But more importantly, I haven't made a post telling people to support Feingold,
But others have, and why is it appropriate for other candidate and not Gore? Don't give me your schpiel about what Gore's recent statement means. The readers can decide what that meant for themselves.
which is what you've flooded this website with.
That's a bogus claim. See here for my diary listing, and as for comments promoting Gore, most of them came in defense of off-hand dismissals or attacks.
So it doesn't make me "Anti-Feingold"
Your need to be defending Feingold hasn't been as much as my need to defend Gore, because non-Feingold supporters aren't as eager to attack him you are to attack Gore.
it just makes me "Anti-you"."
that's your problem.
Your point is invalid and you are stupid.
Your dismissals of Gore are invalid, and I am not quite that stupid.
posted that petition text just twice (not counting an updated, unnoticed diary) at myDD all told! Now, tell me how that justifies your charatreization.
As for other comments, why don't you realize that my repetition is in fact prompted by the continued, recycled repetition of the attacks (and very often by the same people)? Why don't you ask the attackers to stop repeating first? I promise you that you won't see my repetition on these then.
See the comment below by Kain for a typical relentless anti-Gore provocation (which he has repeated a billion and one times). Why don't you ask Kain if he is a "Feingold hater"?
"You stopped doing Al Gore any good a long, long time ago."
I don't think so. Gore has improved quite significantly in most online polls (when comparing apples to apples).
Sure I have gotten more vocal, but the attacks have been relentless. And a typical Gore supporter seems too softspoken.
"Why do you hate Al Gore?"
Ha ha.
"Are you an anti-Gore troll?"
Sure, why not :)

Look, if people lay off of Gore, I want to contribute many ideas (for what they are worth) to our overall mission. But people just can't seem to stop letting themselves loose on him, and I find it hard to let unfair attacks (esp. on people that I like) go unaddressed.

July: Three out of four diaries about Al Gore.
October: Two out of three polls about Al Gore.
This is typical GOP style fact manipulation. A detailed review for the reader soon.
90% repetitive and tedious cut and paste Al Gore sockpuppet fanaticism.
But all that was to defend the garbage they (and you, sometimes) throw at Gore, repeatedly.
You are a megalomanical egotist. Your ego bloat is among the worst I have seen (I actually mean this).
What's up with all the pictures? Are you a supporter or do you have a crush on Al?
Shove it.
Hardly any goddamn thing constructive.
Are you an anti-Democratic party Troll?
again, repetition was in response to repetition.
and why the hell is the petition stupid?
any reader can judge in the dialogue here who is provoking whom.
as for fanatical and zealous nature, the reader need only go and browse through your fanatical diaries.
As for other comments, why don't you realize that my repetition is in fact prompted by the continued, recycled repetition of the attacks (and very often by the same people)? Why don't you ask the attackers to stop repeating first? I promise you that you won't see my repetition on these then.
