This is a great development.  That 70 representatives signed it means that it will be seen as a more legitimate option.  Contrast this with those Democratic Senators like Levin who keep saying funding cuts or caps are bad.

I have seen Obama supporters criticize Clinton for her votes, without knowing that Obama voted the same way.
