Add NH 01 As Possible Pickup

The grassroots movement in New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District is rumbling again and lighting may strike twice as the underdog candidacy of Carol Shea-Porter is perched to defeat Republican Jeb Bradley.
The just released UNH poll (PDF) shows a 47 - 42 lead for Bradley. With a MOE of more than 5%, this race is in the toss-up category and, as the pollster indicated in the narrative:
"Historically, an incumbent with less than 50% of the vote in polls just before an election is likely to lose."
Many folks here are familiar with Paul Hodes great campaign to defeat Charlie Bass in NH's 2nd District and Hodes now holds a 45 - 37 lead over Bass, according to the same poll.
But the surging numbers for Shea-Porter gives the Dems one more seat to target for a WIN!
DCCC are you calling your time-buyers?
Carol Shea-Porter's campaign has already achieved folk legend in New Hampshire politics. Under-funded 10 to 1 in the primary against the hand-picked establishment Democratic candidate, the shoe-leather campaign and the strong anti-war message Carol articulated embarrassed and shocked conventional wisdom in beating the establishment by nearly 20 points 7 weeks ago.
Now the grassroots are at it again and are well within the zone of victory.
But the grassroots can always use some help. While I haven't spoken to the campaign, I'm sure some last minute donations could be used to fund additional GOTV radio and (if it's not too late) increase the TV buy they currently have in place.
So the message is: Send Lawyers, Guns and Money and turn New Hampshire's 1st CD BLUE!
