If someone were to ask me if I approved of the job Cheney was doing right now, I would give a great big YES. I love how much he's hurting the GOP through this idiocy.
...I can understand waiting. If you value your party and don't want to see it weakened by a sex scandal, it's better to be discreet, only bringing up the scandal if you think it's essential. I was a strong Edwards supporter when he dropped out, but I knew he wasn't going to get the nomination at that point, and I think it was a lot better for him to drop out than for him to get pushed out by scandal.
Even with the EFCA as written, corporations will interfere, arguing about who should and should not be in the bargaining unit and whittling down the unit in order to lessen the odds of the organization drive succeeding. 50% + 1 isn't necessarily an effective majority in this case. 70% + 1 would never be one.
...is that it gets scientists off the streets and into the laboratories. When you have scientists with nothing to do all day, they form small gangs that roam the streets and discuss subnutrino particles and the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and before you know it, someone's accidentally stopped time and we're all just screwed.
I'm a little behind here, so... maybe instead of just arguing over what was or was not appropriate in some other diary, someone could, you know, post a link to it so I can figure it out for myself?

That's the best he can come up with?
I swear:
this reads like a parody of what a senator would twitter.
I would be astonished if Prop 8 weren't repealed in the next election.
I live in Vermont and work in New Hampshire, so I consider myself to be doubly blessed at this point :)

This is the first diary I've had that made the rec list here since I was able to rec again :)
I'm with you. I don't care about McCain now. I care even less about Palin. There's a lot of work to do that has nothing to do with either of them.
I'll share a photo. This is a light drawing I did back in March:
I'm just having a lot of fun watching the McCain campaign completely implode this week. I look forward to more of that tonight :)
That was awesome. Thanks for posting it.
