Porter Goss Resigning

Porter Goss, former Florida congressman and current head of the CIA is resigning. The republicans are calling it staff changes. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that real CIA officers hate his guts, and that he might be involved in the Watergate hooker scandal.
