Yes, it is.
She is just now realizing how important Ag Policy is "not just to rural America, but to our whole country"? She grew up in rural Missouri and she is JUST NOW realizing this? There is no one to blame but herself for being on the defense when visiting rural parts of the state. This is a topic she should know like the back of her hand after running for governor. No mention of the ongoing WTO talks and the bleak outlook for American farmers. Do more listening ... not so much talking.
