Expanded worst president poll

With Paul's blessing, I'm commissioning a poll for Worst... President... Ever with a full 15 options.

Even narrowing it down to 15 (or 14 plus "other") was a chore, so I've left out a couple choices that many people love to hate but rarely get mentioned in the "worst president ever" context, like Andrew Jackson. Even though you don't hear usually Ronald Reagan mentioned in that context, I decided to include him though, since I suspect he'll get a lot of votes here. The options are listed chronologically.

narrowing was funnier.

Bush rapidly approaching Buchanan
James Buchanan did absolutely nothing while the country fell apart.

With his belated response to Hurricane Katrina, Bush is rapidly approaching Buchanan's lows.

Hoover was the worst, but Bush is closely behind
What makes a bad president, is when you are handed good economic situations and you turn it to dust.  Hoover was given one of the two best economies, and turned it into a depression with tax cuts for the rich. Bush II was handed the second best economy and he turned it into the biggest economic downfall of all time.  So, Hoover was the worst because he was handed the best economy from the Federal Reserve Bank invention from Wilson and Bush II was handed the second best economic situation from the Clinton tax hikes, so this makes him the second worst.  Grant is third worst, because Lincoln handed him a good economy, due to tax hikes, but not as good as Coolidge's or Clinton's and turned it into a massive recession.
