I'm depressed. This whole thing is a downer.

  • on a comment on BHO and HRC: STOP the attacks over 6 years ago

    nah I'm just bitter tonight.

  • on a comment on BHO and HRC: STOP the attacks over 6 years ago

I wouldn't know who to bet on....

She's very good at debates. If she wasn't Hillary Clinton I'd vote for her! But no matter how good a debater a person may be one can't run away from oneself.

  • on a comment on BHO and HRC: STOP the attacks over 6 years ago

    Its all Hillary/Bill's fault.

If you watch the debate tonight she comes after Obama with blood in her eye. She also fails to observe rules. She acts as if she is entitled to speak whenever she wants. ANd it works for her because she is HILLARY and when she speaks people pay attention and they listen (Wolf Blitzer included).

Barack's just a little too inexperienced to know how to handle both Bill and Hillary at full throttle. It would be difficult for anyone.

I think its up to the voters now to decide what they want. Personally I think Obama presents a far more compelling case. But thats just me.

I would pay good money, however, to see Bill debate Hillary. They are both very good debaters.

But from where I'm sitting- thinking about what I want for the US- I am distressed because I think Clinton will have a very tough sell with the American people and if she wins it will be a squeaker. She will have no mandate. BUt again thats just me.

Its way too late for that...

Funny thing is everyone on this site is so busy tearing each other's candidates down that they don't even react to this diary.

But the way things seem to be heading the election is going to be all about the economy.

I thought the candidates did McCain a big favor tonight.

I was disheartened to see that exchange.

Hillary tried to score points at Obama's expense with regards to McCain by trumpeting up her national security bonafides. It was sad.

They were all sad on this question. They should have sought to make McCain look irrelevant.

    I agree with Bill.

    Now you're piling on George.

    Not nice.

  • on a comment on The Agreement is Off! over 6 years ago

I don't think you read too good.

I said it counts and thats why Obama is campaigning. That is the reality.

    Whats the problem with that?

  • on a comment on The Agreement is Off! over 6 years ago

    Huh?

    You got that backwards:

YOu have been writing that only the African American vote DOESN'T count while I'm writing that it counts just as much as the votes of any other group. Its you who are obsessed with race and writing about "your tribe"??

    Your tribe?

You disgust me. Whats my tribe jerk? Am I a white tribe? A hispanic tribe?

No I am an american. THATS MY TRIBE JERK> ANd you told Clyburn to go fuck himself in the other thread right??

WELL FUCK YOU PRICK. HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES!

    This is my definion:

If the DNC comes out tomorrow and says "FLorida
s delegates will not be seated no matter what.."

Then it doesn't count. Otherwise it counts.

If the DNC showed some backbone then Obama would not be forced to campaign there.

  • on a comment on The Agreement is Off! over 6 years ago

Yup. It counts because the DNC did not have the backbone to enforce its decision so he will campaign. YOu wouldn't want to disenfranchise the voters of Florida by not having Obama campaign there, right? I seem to recall a  florida poster on this site (Boxer4hrc) who was outraged that Obama would not campaign in florida. He wrote 10 posts at least - most of them all in caps- screaming about being disenfranchised.

Obama's decision not to campaign was clearly predicated on Florida not counting.

Since it will count he has to campaign.

Look its not rocket science so I'm going to leave it at that.

  • on a comment on The Agreement is Off! over 6 years ago

How can it count if candidates don't campaign? Thats moronic.

I'm sorry you can't have a primary that counts but not have candidates campaign.

Either it counts and there is campaigning or it doesn't and there is no campaigning.

    Make up your mind.

  • on a comment on The Agreement is Off! over 6 years ago

Yes an agreement because FLORIDA WOULD NOT COUNT!
