walk away renee..or obama

Just walk away Renee
You won't see me follow you back home
The empty sidewalks on my block are not the same
You're not to blame

From deep inside the tears that I'm forced to cry
From deep inside the pain that I chose to hide

Just walk away Renee
You won't see me follow you back home
Now as the rain beats down upon my weary eyes
For me it cries

as the obama campaign, understandingly, declines any debating before north carolina and indiana, and as obama explains that sometimes, in order to bring about the new politics, why, when he takes "hits" like he had to endure recently, oh the indignity of suffering questions from main streamers like george stef & charlie gibson, why he just chooses to walk away, like from the schoolyard bully that talks tough, but often aint...and that is all true enough...

but, sorry to advise senator obama, the american people have been taking hits, dead young men and women, maimed young men and women, most of them from the yahoo states and places that do not worry about their freaking waffle so much...and where jobs are becoming scarce, illegal aliens actually do make some on the fringe suffer mightily, and, frankly, hearing about obama's "hits" is not persuasive..and fits with his lack of zeal to debate...yes, sometimes you do show strength by not just flailing away at every little...ah, um...distraction....

but, then sometimes you have no choice, the schoolyard bully is not acting like we want, he is intent on kicking your ass, and you can either back down and snivel away or you can kick back

the american people are watching this stuff,so it does matter, even if not notable to the maureen dowd type obama elitist and swooner...even while slamming the clintons as the spawn of satan and the family from the movie deliverance, even she notes his, well, lack of real enthusaism...the public notices

just walk away barrack
you won't see me follow you back home
the empty sidewalks on my block are not the same
you are to blame

Too late for debate. Hilary has lost.

20 debates have come and gone and yet Hillary is still trailing by triple digits.  When will she give up this egotistical charade and get behind our Democratic nominee, Barack Obama.

Re: Too late for debate. Hilary has lost.

TR'ed for the insult on Hillary. PS--you need to face reality. Neither candidate will cross the 2025 threshold without superdelegates, who, most, when polled, said that pledged delegates will not decide their vote.

Those superdelegates will not have to vote until the convention, when this race will end.

Please stop trying to, as Mr. Plouffe would put it, "change the rules in the middle of the game".

TR'd for ratings abuse.

Say what you like, but no amount of rhetoric will change the fact that Hillary is too far behind to win.  Help our Democratic nominee or get out of the way.

Re: TR'd for ratings abuse.

Wow! If people campaign against Obama to make sure he loses in Nov, it will be because of people like you.

You deserve troll rating because your only aim is to insult, not engage in discussion.

Re: TR'd for ratings abuse.

Yet, I have never seen you troll-rate a Clinton supporter for the same offense. Indeed, I have seen mojo's on their behalf... I suppose that's okay, however.

Jeez, it's like Rush & Coulter taught you

how to repeat something ad nauseum.  Give it a rest, you sound so desperate.

This is something like the 10th diary in 24 hours begging, whining, demanding, insisting, bribing, threatening and cajoling Obama over the fact that Hillary is not getting to call the shots and make Obama have a debate at her beck and call

Guess what, he is winning.  He will debate her when and if he wants to. And if he decides not to bother, well...that's his call to make.

Clinton is not the heir apparent to this party, as the American people have soundly shown her, and he is winning in every metric. Kind of means she needs a debate a whole lot more than he does, and he does not have to follow her game plan.

Re: walk away renee..or obama

"He won't debate me!" I bet it's been faithfully used by American politicians on the brink of losing races ever since there have been American politicians on the brink of losing races.  Smells like BHO victory when Hills goes to that argument.

Rember how well this worked for HRC in Wisconsin?

Re: walk away renee..or obama

Bill's the one that will have to be pried away from this race. He loves the campaigning and the crowds and will probably prompt Hillary to take it to the convention.

Mr. Clinton has placed several of his own aides at headquarters, including his former lawyer and a bevy of strategists. Known as a bad loser, Mr. Clinton privately buttresses his wife's drive to push on, telling her, according to aides: "We're not quitters." . . . Mr. Clinton's influence is evident in pollster Mark Penn's continuing role in the campaign. http://online.wsj.com/public/article_pri nt/SB120917154479246575.html

Maybe there's a good friend of his who will have to stage an intervention -- Vernon Jordan perhaps?

Re: walk away renee..or obama

Agreed that Clintons are not quitters and that can lead to bad loser syndrome. But he is the only Democratic President in my life so far, so I will do whatever is needed to ensure he is respected.

Re: walk away renee..or obama

I hear you, but I am old enough to have had plenty of presidents in my life, both Democratic and Republican. And my rule is that respect is earned and once, earned, must be kept.

Bill Clinton is beloved by many in the party, but he has also undermined that, and polls now show that more see him negatively than positively. Another quote from the above article:

His role has come at a cost -- to morale among some campaign staff, relations inside the Democratic Party and with African-American leaders, and in the view of some, his own legacy. He has lost considerable credibility with many party leaders, who, as "superdelegates" to the party convention, will be crucial in determining who is the Democratic presidential nominee.

Obama, No Hit Job For Me!

Clintons and Republican Spin Machine all aligned against Barack!  Both are liars, distorters, engage in fear and smear... there is no truth from either of the Giants only domination... they have even colloborated together for greater strength, then one will overthrow the other if they get what they want!

Most of the corporate media, cable news, ABC, NBC are owned and Republican controled.  They tell us what they want us to Hear, not what we need to Know to truly inform us as a society, which will give us power and aid in their demise!

They know Clintons have ailenated African-Americans so they are now actively courting their support while trying to elevate Hillary and deflate Barack. They MSM are not asking Hillary any of the pertinent questions, not on Iran, not on Mark Penn, although he is still on conference calls to this day, not on a pending lawsuit in California or anything elese that might damage her candidacy in the eyes of the people.  There is even some talk of personal dalliances of Bill Cllinton which they know about and plan to release if she is nominee.

Re: walk away renee..or obama

A debate would be a distraction from more important things- McCain and Bush crimes. Bush is getting to slide in part due to this pie fight.

Mike Gravel can demand a debate- it doesn't mean anyone should listen.
