Clinton, Obama, and Q2 Fundraising

Hillary's and Obama's $ numbers are important only to the extent that they will both have enough to get their message out.  

The bigger story here is that the Democrats continue to outraise the GOP!

No matter who we choose to support in the primary, this is good news for all of us and our shared goal of having a Democrat back in the Whitehouse.

Not really

I don't see any particular correlation between GOP's aggregate fundraising # and democrat's. To raise more money does not mean democrats will have an edge in general election. It's going to be a hard fight.

I think it's absolutely a measure that Democrats are more excited about their field than Republicans are about theirs.
And the aggregate fundraising for the presidential race follows the trend of the big lead by the DCCC and the DSCC.

NO. I think democrats just found an effective way to attract money from smaller donors largely thanks to Dean's success. It doesn't really mean democrats on average are more excited than GOPers.
