Yes, it's bigotry.  His intolerance of a powerful woman is expressed through sexual mockery and degradation.  

I wonder if you'd be downplaying this so much if a Republican speechwriter did the same thing to a mock up of Michelle Obama or Nancy Pelosi.

He didn't make a "mistake" either.  What he did was clearly intentional, an implied sexual gesture used specifically to degrade Hillary Clinton as a woman.  Judging from the comments on that other tread, that behavior acceptable to many here.

I'm just stunned at where we've ended up.

So you had a good candidate.  One who could have easily won in the general, you know, with a little support.

You decided to run against her because you thought she couldn't win.  Oh, I heard the comments out here in meat space: "The southerners won't vote for her!" She can't win.

Then she proved she could win in the South.  She proved she wasn't a "good" candidate, she's a freakin' GREAT candidate.  But now you're all dug in, you can't even see election results as facts.  Instead you insult the very people you used to care about.  

McCain is noticing something Democrats should have noticed months ago.  Are they playing us?  No.  They can't believe their luck.  

Neither can I.

Except the "new guard" is the old guard.

This has become a standard routine around here.  A Clinton supporter writes a good, or even a great diary, the same offenders jump in and take over the tread with unfounded, repetitive attacks.

BTW,  I've seen more hatred come from Obama supporters than most of the Republicans i know.

And women.  He's done nothing to earn Democratic women's votes.  Nothing.  

I love Bill and I'm happy to do just about anything Hillary asks of me. I'll give her money, write letters, etc.

But vote for the guy who tarred them as racists?  Even if they ask?
