At 4 p.m. today, Friday, March 10, Sharon Beery, will announce her intentions to run as the Democratic candidate for the 22nd Congressional District.

Good. She'll lose, but at least we're not giving Kevin McCarthy a clear path to Congress now.

If there's any big negative on Kevin McCarthy, it probably lies in his record.

I'm sure he's done something that would go over poorly in his district.

McCarthy will probably get roughed up a bit by Nichols beforehand in the GOPer primary.  Way to go, Sharon!
