John Mccain put his testicles and manhood in a hermetically-sealed box during the 2000 campaign when he was maligned by Messrs. Bush, Rove, et al, and failed to respond forcefully.
McCain licked Bush's hand in the manner of a whipped dog in the 2004 election, blindly parroting BushSpeak (BushSqueak?)
His failure to defend John Kerry from the scurrilous bleatings of the SwiftBoat cabal only underscored my belief that he has no honor...only a pathetic compulsion to win.
His blind fealty to Bush's Iraq debacle continues to remind us that he out of touch with today's electorate.
With that in mind, John McCain's testicles remain in that locked box to this day.
While I respect Senator Obama, I continue to believe that his resume, as it were, is thin. I don't doubt his passion, his sincerity or his competency; I do, however, feel that he needs "seasoning". Two terms as Vice-President to President Hilary Clinton should do it.
Count me as a supporter of Clinton/Obama in '08; she as President and he as Veep. (Then, we can have Bill Clinton as Secretary of State which brings new respect and instant credibility to our foreign policy.)
John Edwards? I like him, but, I think that a Clinton/Obama ticket makes history on many levels that another white, good ol' boy from the South (I plead guilty to being one of those)can't.
In any event, the worst Dem beats the best Repub hands down.
