No idea about how windy it's been up there in VT, but I can vouch for Chris on how ridiculously windy it's been down here in Philly. I was out, for my job, last weekend for a few hours and came back with a windburned face. It's cold!
just for clarification, for Greens to be on the ballot is not set at 67K, but 2% of the highest total, state-wide, from the last election. it's a ridiculous PA law making it especially hard for 3rd parties to get on the ballot here.
so now you want to talk about the PA senate race and who is taking money from whom? you don't have to look to the greens, just look at who is giving [and who is taking] money between Man on Dog and the doucebag Dem. here, here, here.
i'm not saying what the idiot greens are doing is right, just that it's stupid and it's happening quite in the open on 'our' side in the same exact fucking race.
I have yet to come across an informed electorate in my time here in the Philadelphia area canvassing. I don't think they really exist and our goal must be to educate.
"What I think you are trying to say is that having definite positions on issues, even if they are not necessarily "popular" wins over blandness and negativity."
Rendell, Reid, Schumer and big money man Buttonweiser made the decision from what I'm told.
I think it had a lot to do with Rendell clearing the field for himself for the Gubernatorial race. I don't think Casey will stay the whole term if he wins. He's always had his eyes set on the Gov. mansion, not national politics.

Right on - conviction wins.
fyi - R/D/I registration in Perzel's district is right around 50.5/48.5/1 so it's not a ridiculous imbalance.

Joe was pushed out by Gov. Ed the Hoagiemeister Rendell on March 8. That makes two races he was pushed out of by the Hoagiemeister this year.
I think he's beyond considering doing so, he's going to be one of the people COORDINATING doing so.
