Today, on the steps of the Minnesota State Capitol, US Senator Al Franken held a press conference to declare his intention to seek a second term as Minnesota's junior Senator.  Sen. Franken spent his entire first term in a lengthy court battle with The Party of "No".  With his wife Fran at his side, he addressed a large crowd of press, supporters and curious onlookers who seemed surprised to learn that Minnesota actually has two US Senators.

The leader of the Clintonistas may actually have achieved a new low water mark, making himself the worst former president in history -- at least in the modern era.  Thank god he's one of yours, the lunatic left, and doesn't belong to the rest of us.

The presidency is the most powerful office in the world.  The men who occupy it define the era in which they live.  We speak of the "Reagan years", the "Bush years", and, regretably, the "Clintonista years." That's why when your term ends, your time is OVER!!!  Every other president has understood this.  But not him.

His attempt to recapture some of his old glory by helping Rodham-Clinton -- an abomination in her own right -- move back into the White House, necessarily will fail.

But how is it that even you lunatic lefties can't detect the leech-like qualities in the Clinton clan?  You actually believe, in a nation of 300 million, one family should enjoy MORE than 8 years at the pinacle of power?

And keep in mind how they got there in the first place.  Bill defeated a weakened George Bush the elder, who told us to read his lips and then pulled a Clintonista -- and lied about raising taxes.  Ross Perot, who could have been elected, instead flaked out, first dropping out of the race, and then re-entering it hoping no one would notice.  Well, we noticed.  The leader of the Clintonistas won because he was the last man standing.

He was reelected by defeating Bob Dole, who had trouble speaking in complete sentences as a candidate.  That hardly represents the triumph of a great inspirational leader.

And yet you lefties give him a pass.  What is wrong with you people?

Let me tell you about Rodham-Clinton:  as her political career (certainly her run for first lady, oops, that's right, she says she's running for president) comes to a close, there are a couple of delicious scenarios to imagine.

In the Clintonista camp you know -- you just know -- Old Rodham-Clinton and her cronies are telling each other the ONLY reason she will NEVER be allowed back into the White House is because of "that damn black guy."

And who would have thunk it:  Rodham-Clinton, the wife of the first "black president" not fulfilling her destiny because of a black guy?  The blacks were supposed to always stand behind her -- and remember their place.  But of course, America had different ideas.

The thing that's puzzling, however, is how many delusional Rodham-Clinton loyalists have never come to grips with an undeniable fact:  Old Rodham-Clinton cannot win the office she seeks when 50%++ of the American people say repeatedly and consistently they would NEVER take her seriously when choosing the next Commander-In-Chief.  And yet they persist.

All I can say, to the female Clintonistas is:  worry not, when it comes to winning the war on terrorism, we never intended to allow the lunatic left to interfere in the first place.  Real Americans will handle it and we'll let you know when it's safe to go back into the water.  For now, just keep your mouths shut and do as your told.

As for the "men" who insist Rodham-Clinton "speaks for me", why don't you guys grow a pair?

I know the point is moot and the cowards who run this site don't want to hear it anyway, but.....can ANYONE name a single credential Old Rodham-Clinton has to serve as Commander-In-Chief of the armed forces during time of war -- the most dangerous war in American history?

And I don't want to hear about the chillldreeeen, or health care, or education or any of Rodham-Clinton's women's issues.  I'm asking, again, for a SINGLE credential ORC has to be the Commander of the military?

What's that I hear:  silence!  Exactly.

I'd be remiss if I didn't add:  Rodham-Clinton is an abomination!
