I knew, just knew, from day one of Obama's campaign when that slime Robert Gibbs, threw out the disproved right wing media smear that "the Clintons had sold out the Lincoln bedroom", that it was team Obamas plan to use the right wing playbook to take down Senator Clinton. And also, that this would eventually, inevitably lead to exactly this kind of charge being used in our own Democratic Primaries.
{Anyone reading the comments around the net - at various sites - can see that Obama supporters are doing exactly this, repeating this and every other loony charge ever made about Hillary or Bill by News Max, Bob Barr, the Freepers or Judicial Watch etc. Rush's attacks are too mild for these Obama fans with their "new style of campaigning.}
Obviously, I am not saying that the Obama campaign is encouraging its supporters to post comments around the Net saying that President Clinton is a rapist. Of course not. But, let me show you how this works and how we end up at that point.
Let's look at how team Obama works with the political media and uses the Republican - MSM narrative about the Clintons to try to win the nomination.
Obama himself has called Hillary a "dissembler". {aka she is a liar}
Michelle Obama has repeatedly said "if you cant take care of YOUR house, you cant take care of the White House."
She repeats this line even after the media flap over whether she had meant it as a reference to the Clintons personal lives. At the time of this controversy, she denied this, but of course, by continuing to still use this line, saying it over and over again, shows that is Exactly what she means by it.
Obama keeps saying we cant "relive the fights of the nineties" - more Obama code for - Clinton got blowjobs.
The Obama campaign has said how many times that the Clintons represent the kind of politician that have sold your interests to corporations. While at the same time, they take the same amount of money, from the very same type of people and corporations. But the Obama campaign then far from subtly implies, that the difference is that the Clintons are unethical, while they are not.
Is it any surprise that among the more unbalanced Obama supporters like the poster ***** , that his charges that President Clinton is a rapist - now easily follow his charge that "Hillary Inc." is a corrupted corporate sellout?
It is a sad thing to watch so many people buy into right wing attackss that we Democrats fought so hard against.
That these slanders are now presented by a Dem candidate is a damned disgrace. That these tactics and a Candidate are pushed by a devious and ruthless pair of Chicago consultants such as Axlrod and Gibbs is no shock. {note: see how Obama and Axelrod worked with and leaked to the chicago media dirty divorce and police records about their 2004 Senate primary opponent Hull. They destroyed him and then lied and denied any role in this act whatsoever. Since that time, both the Chicago Tribune and Daily News have admitted it was the Obama camp that sent them these documents}.
The irony that the Obama team that did this now runs under the cloak of "a new kind of campaigning" and charges Hillary herself of making vile attack after attack is rich indeed.
For six weeks now, since the NBC Russert-Williams debate in Philly, the political media have been in full bore - we WILL get the Clintons mode.
Many Obama supporters think this is in response to a "great campaign " being run out of Chicago. No, sorry folks, take it from one who has fought with these media clowns before - that is not what is going on here. they are not FOR Obama, they are AGAINST the Clintons. Big difference.
You see, the default position for the political media is ALWAYS attack the strongest Dem and coddle even the weakest Republican. Always. 2004, 2000... Clinton, Gore, Mondale, Carter... Reagan - Bush. Hello?
Its a corporate media people and they know what their job is.

This is the same political media crowd who allowed the Supreme Court Five to STEAL that Presidential election and then told the American people....see, Democracy works.
This is the same political media, that when Bush took office, pushed the GOP line that those dirty Clintons, those dirty Democrats, had emptied out and stolen everything from Air Force One and cleaned out and stolen hundreds of pieces of furniture and art from the White House itself. Oh and taken the "W" keys off of hundreds of computer keyboards over in the OEOB. Months later, when the GAO itself said that these stories were completely false, this political media buried that story on page A23....down in the corner where you wouldnt notice it. This is also where they buried the story about the "consortium's" review of the Florida recount that showed that Gore won that state under every possible recount plan...both by district, county and entire state. But your political media took their interpretation of that story from the spinners in the WH and buried the actual report also on page 23...down in the corner where you wouldnt notice it.
2004. Kerrey is swiftboated and Dan Rather has to resign because George Bush went AWOL from the Texas National Guard . What role did your national political media in those stories? Nuff said.
This is the same political media that now lauds Obama while they continually bash on Hillary.

This has been Gibbs and Axelrod and Obama plan from the get go. Win the nomination by "enabling" the media to destroy Hillary.
But there is a flaw in this horrid, cynical plan of the high ups in team Obama. Democrats MUST understand that the media hasnt decided to place Obama in the White House, instead, they are working to keep the Clintons out of it.
As soon as the GOP settles on McCain or Rudy or Thompson or Romney, they will switch the narrative completely around and talk about how important experience, gravitas and being a real red blooded "traditional" male is to being the POTUS.

Wait till the GOP spins a narrative about how Obama's ADMITTED {that is key} cocaine and "hard drug abuse" interconnects to his support to give early release from prison of "tens of thousands" of dangerous crack addicts and dealers onto YOUR streets. At the same time he also wants to BAN YOU AND YOUR FAMILY from legally OWNING a hand gun to protect itself from these same violent felons and monsters that Obama himself will be setting free.
Forget the drug dealer bit from the last 2 days, the GOP attack would be much more sophisticated and would be meant to both anger and TERRIFY voters.

The Obama campaign is now running against Hillary hand in hand with the political media and pushing and encouraging their slanders and narratives about the Clintons and in effect, ALL Democrats as they do this.

The most bizarre part of this, the most tragic, is that even after it became understood how the media and the GOP colluded in 2000, after all that happened in the election of 2004, after the birth of the political net and the "reality based community", some people still cant see what will naturally follow if Obama would be chosen as the nominee.
Your political media are two faced lying jackals. Unlike the oft repeated false charges about Hillary, these people really are - bought and paid for.

Though Obama has sprouted wings and risen and now soars with the political media's help and and blessings, he would be as doomed as an Icarus to fall as soon as a McCain or a Romney arises Phoenix like from the ashes of their troubled campaigns to take their proper place as manly men and and media anointed heroes.
One more. What can it hurt?
Today, Obama may be rising because of the media's sharp sabre, but if chosen, he would surely be later slain by the same corporate owned media's sword that now keeps his campaign alive and kicking. Live by it - Die by it.
And until it is sure that Omama will not be our Party's nominee, that same dangerous scimitar once named by Horace after a chap named Damocles, hangs over all Democrats heads, with the words "seven to two - unbeatable and unstoppable GOP Supreme Court Majority" deeply and vividly etched into its very, very sharp blade.
