Just in from Keith Olbermann on MSNBC (rush transcript):
We have the latest characterization, by the way Richard, from the NBC interpretation of the entrance poll and early precinct results. On the Democratic side, the results show Obama with a lead and Clinton and Edwards vying for second place. And based upon, again, the same entrance poll and early precinct results, Huckabee is leading Romney in the Republican straw poll...
For whatever that's worth...

For whatever it's worth, that's what the tease on Countdown was. According to Marc Ambinder, CBS News is reporting the same thing -- Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama leading the entrance polling, with John Edwards trailing.
Update [2008-1-3 20:10:59 by Jonathan Singer]: I'm hearing some conflicting reports, but early numbers (and I stress early) that just crossed my desk (not necessarily from MSNBC) look like this:
Clinton 36
Obama 31
Edwards 19
Richardson 5Huckabee 31
Romney 23
Thompson 15
McCain 12
Paul 9
I have not been able to confirm these numbers, so please take with a big grain of salt. Also, for however good these numbers are, they are early entrance polls that might not reflect what the final results will look like given weighting of precincts, second choices, etc. So, again, please take with the requisite grain of salt.
Update [2008-1-3 20:21:46 by Jonathan Singer]: From Ambinder...
On Dem side, half are first-timers, according to entrance polls... half say they made up their minds early
