No doubt it won't happen if the Republicans have their way.

But Hastert and Reynolds are going to try and say they're coming clean after years of covering this up, which is why Hastert is calling for a Department of Justice investigation.  We need to make it clear that without an outside special counsel any investigation will be a whitewash.
