People who don't understand lobbying rules and campaign finance limits understand this:
1) Everybody connected Republican on Capitol Hill knew Foley was a chicken hawk ass pirate for 5 years.
2) They had paper evidence of his inappropriate relationship with 10th grade pages a year ago, but kept him in the Republican leadership.
3) When caught, the Republicans leaders [sic] began to cover ass and blame each other.
Chickenhawk asspirate, Known, Passing the Buck. All they need is a picture of Dennis Hastert in a bishop's clerical garb.

Seeing "10th Grader" in print gives more impact to just what the Republican leaders winked and nodded at. Everyone knows 16 year olds are sexual creatures (wannabe's at least) but very few Americans condone 10th graders having sex.
The Republican leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives abetted sexual exploitation of 10th grade boys by other Republican Congressman. It's truly reprehensible.
