Re: A non VP diary...

Are non-VP diaries even allowed here?  I expect to see a atdleft2 here in a couple weeks.  :)

Seriously, todays VP diaries have been nuts.

I know...

It's CRAZY! I fully expect to be tied up in a white straightjacket soon...

But if that helps Dems win, I guess I'm for it. :-D

OK, and now...

That I'm done promoting myself, I'd like to mention this interesting opportunity...

To let folks know how they can have dinner with Hillary. :-)

What happens when I hide a post?

If I hide a post on my diary, can anyone see it? If so who? At least one of my posts has disappeared from my own view so was it hidden? What happens to people who hide posts that are not rude and follow the rules?

Re: What happens when I hide a post?

I found no comments of yours in the hidden pages. In old CNN forums of the 90's "elves" made comments disappear.

Little Scared Today

There was a suspicious package/bomb scare in Madison, Wisconsin today, across the street from the Capitol and about a block from the campaign office.  Last week I would have said, 'whatever, some idiot.'  Today, I'm afraid.

Did I miss something?

I know that there were some bombings overseas, but I don't recall reading about any bombs going of in the US.  And I don't recall seeing any major threats involving Obama.

Granted, I am not denying there are wackos out there, but these so-called bomb-scares are usually nothing more than a package that someone accidently left behind.

Do you know if an actual threat was called in?  I would be almost more scared of that.   With Pre-paid mobile phones think of the havoc that people could cause by calling in bomb threats at campaign events throughout the Fall.

Re: Open Thread

Man, today is like my nightmare.  The Brewers get shelled by the Cubs and the Packers are run by a bunch of idiots.  It can't get any worse.

"The completely obscure we can see immediately, the painfully obvious takes a little longer."

Too long for one bumper sticker. :D Seriously, this bit should be a commercial to be run in the closing weeks of the campaign.

Re: 15% Down South

This is somewhat of a repeat post from yesterday, however I just wanted to get some comments on a poll that showed Obama behind by 13 points in South Carolina. The internals showed him getting ONLY 15% of the white vote!!  How sad and stupid.  With over 70% of the nation thinking the country is going in the wrong direction yet only 1-10 whites are willing to tell a poster in South Carolina that they will vote for Obama.  Wow!  That's a Flavor Flav Wow!

Really well done.

All the creative people are Democrats. Same as it ever was.
