Why was the state called so early?

The exit polls were quite close, within the MOE

Re: Why was the state called so early?

While the exit polls said that, I think they might actually be wrong. From the votes coming in on CNN it's 61%C to 38%B. Yes, I know that it can change, but I don't think it will become as close as expected.

Re: Rhode Island Results Thread

Based on the exit polls, it will be 47.5 to 52.5. Clinton will win by about five points in RI. Looks like Brown University got the margin exactly right!

Re: Rhode Island Results Thread

Wasn't Clinton suppose to win this state by a landslide?

Re: Rhode Island Results Thread

They must know something we don't.  Seems awfully quick to call the state.

Almost 50% in

And it's looking like a blowout ... Hillary with 61%.

Exit polls were way off.
