Rick Renzi indicted for Fraud & Extortion:

The 35-count indictment alleges that between December 2001 and March 2002, Renzi embezzled $400,000 in insurance premiums from a company that he owned and transferred the money to his congressional campaign.
From the NYT's:
The prosecutors said a grand jury on Thursday returned a 35-count indictment accusing Mr. Renzi, 49, and two former associates of extortion, wire fraud, money-laundering and various conspiracies that could bring many years in prison and fines of hundreds of thousands of dollars upon conviction.
This is an AZ seat we can win.

McCain makes it really hard to win more seats in Arizona.  AZ-5 and AZ-8 have to be vigorously defended, and Arizona is one of the few states where the Democratic primary turnout was less than the Repulicans.

It will be an uphill fight.
