The GOP is trying hard to "preserve our right to a secret ballot" ... so..? I'm sorry but.. is my right to a secret ballot really the most important thing when the company is almost bankrupt?

Let me clarify this -- There is no "Secret Ballot" that sets up a golden parachute for a big fat Bush Republican that walks off with 200 million dollars out of the company's cash vault.

So the idea that we're changing the way Unions can work in America - to where the Union can openly collect votes , and accurately and correctly tally them - is a right I cherish.

The right to vote, not the right to keep things secret like a Bush republican - is the right that I will fight for.

And worse yet...

Why won't they let us join unions if we want to? The GOP is trying to frame this as a "freedom of choice" issue, but the current system makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for workers to choose union. So why won't they let workers make a simple choice on union representation?
