Lamont Campaign Rocks

This is a really really well-run campaign.  The serving area for the Lamont campaign has Cajun food, in honor of Michael Brown's 48 minute hearing.  And Lamont's campaign has put jar openers on every seat, which is kind of weird and slightly awesome.

I met Ned Lamont again, he's having a good time and he's grown as a candidate.  I also spent some time with his wife.  She is very tough and protective of the family.

I'm going to see if I can track down the Hartford Mayor Eddie Perez, and ask him why he shut out good Democrats from the process.

Re: Lamont Campaign Rocks

He damn well better run a good campaign. Independents are not going to vote for him unless he pretty much ties Joe Lieberman into a pretzel knot.

That's really great to hear, coming from you.  What are the jar openers for?

I really like the Cajun food angle.  Is there some literature in the tent explaining the origin of the choice?

Thanks again for liveblogging.  It's really appreciated!!!!

Save me a plate. I'm old school and I'll eat it cold :-)

Re: Lamont Campaign Rocks

Now this is a Dem I can be proud of. He won't compromise his principles on the war in Iraq or give away the filibuster advantage to the GOP.  Go Lamont, go.
